Now, the Supplements I take which really aren’t that many, all once again help keep your immune system strong 💪 and help fight inflammation. You’ll see that I’m choosing liquid Vitamin D with Vit. K2. Capsules are fine, I’ve done both but I always take Vit. D on a full stomach. It’s fat soluble so it will be absorbed better. You’ll see also that Vitamin K2 is a lot of times put in with Vit D. These two together help the body use calcium properly to build bone. Vit. K has a protective effect on the arteries preventing buildup therefore helping prevent against cardiovascular disease.
You may be asking why isn’t fish oil on your list? Fish Oil is great for helping fight inflammation. Well
It is, I keep it in the freezer! Why? So many people tell me that they can’t take fish oil because they burp the oil up and it makes them gag! With the oil being frozen it’s like a time released pill- you simply won’t burp it up!
