MY PRE-WORKOUT MEAL OF CHOICE
Saturday morning which means Leg Day! Around 7:00am I started my first rep and continued for about an hour and a half (a big Squat Day)!That means I needed the right pre-workout meal to help with my energy needs to the very end.
My pre-workout meal of choice a little over an hour before is:
Gluten Free Oatmeal with 24 grams of carbs.
Protein: there are some great protein supps out there, from 1st Phorm, NutraKey, Dymatize, and Giant, but the one I’m taking now is one of the cleanest Whey Protein Supplements on the market by -BodyLogix.
To top it off I’ll add Cinnamon ( so many health benefits)and some blueberries.
