Me and my good friend Rick Parker. Rick was my assistant at ASU and is now the head Principle at East Meck HS in Charlotte. We have been getting up at 5:00am and training every Saturday morning since 1994! So proud of Rick and all he has done at East. He gets to have a Big influence on kids every day!

Update for October 24th

October 24, 2016 by Chip Sigmon

My goal that Saturday morning was to Squat 225 for 10 reps. I remember back in the day squatting 225 for 20 or 315 for 15 but a long time ago in a land far far away. Now at 61 years of age a coming off of knee surgery 2 ½ years ago (where the quadriceps tendon came off the patella). I am so very thankful to be squatting some weight once again!

Check out the video below (225 X 10) for documentation. I am also thankful to the good Lord for sustaining me all the years. Never taking any day, workout, any set, or rep for granted—taking nothing for granted! Each day the relentless pursuit of excellence! Thanking Him for my family, my friends for the opportunities that have come my way.
